Sometimes it takes months of intense efforts to find out how much can be achieved by joint commitment. Now it is official: Forster Holding has been rated EcoVadis Gold, which positions Forster among the best 5 percent of globally rated businesses in the field of sustainability.

EcoVadis is one of the leading platforms to rate sustainability among businesses. More than 150,000 companies the world over have so far been screened using a structured and comprehensive catalogue of criteria. For customers and partners, the EcoVadis rating serves as a transparent and comparable scale. It creates confidence and allows measuring sustainability performance. The rating comprises four areas:

• Environment (e.g. energy, emissions, resource management)
• Human rights and labour rights
• Ethics (compliance, transparency, integrity)
• Sustainable procurement
