LED-type variable message signs
Continually changing traffic situations require state-of-the-art traffic management systems that send clear and unequivocal messages to traffic participants. LED-type variable message signs are reliable and quick which makes them an important factor to ensure optimum traffic flow.
Additional information is provided by freely programmable message or text lines projected on the full-colour matrix of a multifunctional display unit.
Using pcb-controlled LEDs, Forster variable message signs guarantee the best quality and ease of maintenance.
Prism-type variable message signs
Three-message signs that rotate triangular prisms allow showing symbols and texts adapted to specific circumstances such as road blocks or information on alternative routing. Special versions accommodate up to four images shown alternatingly.
Extremely energy-efficient and safe
The devices are extremely low on electricity consumption as they need almost no power during operation. Prism-type variable message signs achieve their very long life through the use of corrosion-resistant aluminium and two-layered powder coating.
