Each production chain ends with the finishing stage which may consist of several steps:
- bonding of lengths,
- fitting of ears,
- laminating of film on a substrate,
- cutting (milling) of contours,
- etc.
All’s well that ends well
The finishing stage once again requires utmost accuracy because any error in this phase usually means that previous production steps will in turn be faced with additional work. For this reason, particular care needs to be exercised – which is a standing procedure at Forster.
